Information We Collect

When you place an order or use our site, we collect:

• Order details — your name, email address, and shipping and billing address.
• Deck data — the deck URLs and card lists you submit for printing and validation.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We never store your card numbers on our servers.
• Information collected automatically— your IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. Depending on your region and your cookie choices, this also includes analytics and session-replay data (see Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices by Region below).
• Checkout snapshots — if your checkout is interrupted, we temporarily store the details you entered (including email, address, and IP) so we can help you recover the order.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Ship your proxy cards to the address you provide
• Send order confirmations and shipping notifications
• Provide customer support
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
• Measure site usage and show and measure advertising, subject to your cookie choices and the regional defaults described below

Legal Bases (EEA / UK Visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your personal data on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you (processing your order); your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, marketing email); our legitimate interests (securing the site and preventing fraud); and to comply with a legal obligation (tax and accounting records). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices by Region

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Strictly necessary — the cart, checkout, security, and remembering your privacy choices. Always active.
• Analytics — usage analytics; session replay (recordings of how you interact with pages, with typed text masked); heatmaps; click, scroll, and time-on-page measurement; and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is real usage data, not merely anonymous totals.
• Advertising — ad delivery, conversion measurement, and cross-site remarketing by third-party advertising partners.

How these are enabled depends on where you are:

• European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec — analytics and advertising stay off until you opt in through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
• United States and everywhere else— analytics and advertising are active by default, together with a notice on your first visit. You can opt out at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser (which we honor automatically), or by emailing us (see Your Privacy Rights).

We determine your region from your IP address at the network edge. If we cannot determine your region, we apply the opt-in model. Your explicit choice — whether opting in or opting out — always overrides the regional default and is remembered for 180 days. You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser.

Advertising & Remarketing

Where enabled (by default in the United States and other opt-out regions, or with your opt-in consent in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec), we work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads and to measure how our ads perform, including remarketing. Under California law this activity may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time by turning off the advertising category in Cookie settings, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing us (see Your Privacy Rights).

Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum information necessary with providers who help us run the business — payment processing, print fulfillment, shipping and delivery, transactional and marketing email, cloud storage for order records, analytics and advertising, and website hosting. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and several of our providers process data in the US. Where data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Canada, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Checkout snapshots used for order recovery are kept only for a short period and then removed. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's policy. You may ask us to delete your personal data as described below.

Your Privacy Rights

EEA / UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data; to object to processing; and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete and correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid Do Not Sell or Share request.

Notice at collection (California).We collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, shipping and billing address, IP address); commercial information (orders, carts, and checkout snapshots); and internet or electronic network activity (pages viewed, interactions with the site, session recordings, and approximate IP-based location). We collect them for the purposes described in How We Use Your Information, retain them as described in Data Retention, and do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; opt out via the footer “Cookie settings” link, the Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing us.

Canada (PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25). You may access your personal information and withdraw consent. Visitors in Quebec receive the opt-in model described above — analytics and advertising stay off until you enable them. You can reach our privacy contact below.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and we may ask you to review your cookie choices again when the changes are significant.
